Bristol based and leading provider of maintenance services in the UK are currently recruiting for x2 proactive and experienced AP Administrators to join their wider finance team on a temporary basis to cover a period of transition following the implementation of a new system.
The main purpose of the roles are centred around general Housekeeping of accounts/Invoice Processing and therefore someone that understands invoices with the ability to accurately key in
1 year experience in a busy Purchase Ledger Department with particular attention to supplier statement reconciliations
Proficient in the use of Excel to intermediate level (Pivot tables and Vlookup).
The role is in place to cover a busy period the run up to Christmas and requires someone to start asap - Full training will be delivered remotely
