Our client, an established Facilities Management and Maintenance Provider, is currently looking to employ an Accounts Assistant to work in within their busy procurement team, based in Bristol.

The main function of the role will be raising purchase and sub contract orders in line with procurement processes.

  • Liasing with engineers who require materials, and hired plant, for maintenance tasks
  • Raising orders for stationary, couriers, tools, clothing and PPE
  • Obtaining quotes from suppliers
  • Distribute procurement orders in accordance with supplier and contract requirements
  • Assisting in chasing invoices

Experience required:

Data input within a busy procurement environment (2 years min experience)
Knowledge of working with an accounting package
Computer literate with a working knowledge of word, excel and outlook packages
Good keyboard skills and telephone manner

Benefits include: 25 days holiday (plus statutory hols), bonus scheme, medical scheme, pension (employer 8%)

Hours: 8am-4.30pm Mon - Fri, 8am- 4pm Fri.
