1. Scan and upload supporting paperwork into ifolders
2. Answer telephone request from engineers for materials and raise material purchase orders
3. Complete new supplier set up forms
4. Request subcontractor insurances when due for renewal
5. Assist with approving invoices on a computerised purchase ledger system
6. Assist with the payment run process
7. Change statuses of jobs when invoiced.
8. Other ad-hoc roles
The role will be part time 10am - 3pm Monday- Friday, but could develop into a full time position.
