Morson International has an exciting vacancy for an Accounts Administrator based in Yeovil for a leading Aerospace Company.
Work within the Accounts Front end payable team and Treasury team on a variety of roles detailed below.
The key accountabilities associated with the role are:
Manage and control and input all non AP payments and cheques of a sensitive nature through the Barclays banking system. Using a variety of payment methods to include CHAPS, faster payments, same day and foreign currency payments.
Responsible for analysing and providing daily allocations,
Raise manual cheques in accordance with authorised instructions.
Set up regular UK standing orders and maintain an accurate record of live standing orders
Liaise with Accenture (outsource provider) analyse and allocate receipts and payments
Produce daily and weekly reports for actual cash flow (daily cash flow reports)
Compile information for payments received and made, liaising with outsource provider.
Essential Knowledge and Skills:
The post holder is expected to be educated to (at least) A-level, or with at least 2 years' experience in an Accounting environment or with at least 3 years relevant administrative experience.
Other requirements: PC skills, SAP knowledge, communication skills, numeracy skills, ability to prioritise tasks.
