Purpose of the position:
Account specialist will be mainly responsible for improving organization's market position and achieves financial growth. This person will defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions. Account specialist will work with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for the organization. To achieve this, they need to find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future. Account specialist will also help manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. They call on clients, often being required to make presentations on solutions and services that meet or predict their clients' future needs

Major Compulsory Responsibilities

1 Develop New Business and maintenance of strategic business relationships with customers on all levels
2 Utilize strategic best practice sales methodologies to ensure that appointments and new business opportunities convert to new business sales.
3 Analyze the Client's situation and Business requirements through awareness, empathy and good questioning and through ability to influence.
4 Influence and work closely with Vendors, Partners and internal employees, namely the CXO, Heads of Projects, Project Managers, Business Development Executive
5 Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners discovering and exploring opportunities
6 Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials evaluating options resolving internal priorities recommending equity investments
7 Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements developing and negotiating contracts integrating contract requirements with business Operations
8 Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
9 Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators
