Responsible for the accurate delivery of all 3rd party access circuits with approved EU off-net Telecommunication suppliers. Proactive management of all in-flight orders, ensuring that we drive vendors to meet committed dates in order to support accelerated delivery/revenue realization. Provide timely updates back to internal customer base.
Delivery of 3rd party access circuits using online applications, email and fax order forms, as appropriate.
The applicant will need to leverage a strong attention to detail to ensure all access orders are delivered 'right first time' and to interact with vendors. Drive resolution to issues impeding order delivery
You will be required to proactively monitor all in-flight orders, liaising with Vendors via call, emails and face to face meetings in order to obtain key milestone updates and ensuring all orders are delivered to committed delivery date.
Ensure internal customers and systems are fully updated with critical path information. Leverage understanding of practices specific to vendors in order to provide meaningful updates to internal queries and within agreed SLAs.
Problem/Escalation Management - support the business in resolution of vendor specific delivery issues by identifying the root cause and recommending/driving remedial solutions. Invoke necessary escalation procedures to correct any in-flight delivery issues. You will utilise your proven experience to propose and work with the Suppliers and Customer alike to ensure prompt resolution of any issues that arise during the delivery.
Create Strong Relationships in particular with Local Suppliers, ensuring regular delivery review meetings and Calls are held and ensure management is supported with Supplier Performance Feedback for Service Reviews.

Proven experience and understanding of order management and process is preferred
Direct service delivery/order management experience within the Telco/Technology Services industry.
