2nd Line Support Engineer
Morson International is pleased to be partnering with our long standing client based in Warrington, who have a requirement for a 2nd line Support Engineer to join their growing team.
Acting as an escalation point for the 1st line Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for working through tickets and providing support.
The focus point of this role will be supporting Microsoft products, this will include incident and problem management of the below technologies:
Microsoft Office, including Office365
Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 - patching and updating
Windows 7/10 Operating Systems
Active Directory and Group Policy
Laptop build and setups
You will be a confident communicator with experience working in a 1st/2nd line capacity proving support to Microsoft products. Along with this you will be enthusiastic about IT and be comfortable discussing technical issues with non-technical staff.
Basic Network knowledge
Understanding of ITIL Methodologies
