Are you an experienced 2nd Line Support Team Leader or 2nd Line Support Engineer looking for the next step?

This role has a shift system so you must be happy to work both days and nights giving you plenty of days off in between each shift change.

Technically you'll have supported IT Infrastructure with specific experience of SCCM and SCOM.

Ideally you'll have all of the below:

  • Experience in managing/leading a service desk team
  • Experience in supporting secure IT infrastructures
  • Experience in incident resolution and/or system management of secure IT infrastructures
  • Base understanding of Systems Centre Operations Manage 2019
  • Base understanding of Systems Centre Configuration Manager Version 1910
  • Good understanding of VMware ESX and vCentre
  • Anti-Virus management and reporting
