We have an outstanding progressive opportunity for an experienced 2nd line Support Analyst to join a global organisation who embraces bleeding edge technology. Working on a shift basis this role is pivotal to the support team and will see you monitoring notifications and events and providing fixes, documenting and liaising with 3rd parties to resolve incidents. The 2nd line support analyst will also carryout daily, weekly and month infrastructure and application checks, deploy patches and provide general 2nd line support within a virtualised Microsoft environment.
