2nd Line Service Desk Analyst - 24/7

My clients' 24x7x365 service desk is looking for a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to join their team who support IT services to all users. 300 different services are supported, ranging from Office 365 to systems that support the business. They operate in an ITIL environment, that is fast paced and agile - so no 2 days are the same!

Experience/Skills Needed:

  • First time fix and SLA's
  • Be happy to work on a 24/7 shift (2 x day, 2 x night, 4 x rest day)
  • ServiceNow is the ITSM tool
  • Software Technical skills - knowledge of common IT systems like Windows 10, AD and office 365 is important
  • Hardware Technical SKills - you will need to get hands on with building and fixing laptops, desktops, mobile devices screens, switches and servers - along with pretty much anything else IT supports
  • This is not a log and flog service desk - you will get in depth with the customers' needs from IT and go the extra mile
  • Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone
