This client has a variety of exciting projects taking place and they are looking for talented individuals to help support them!

They are on the lookout for a 2nd Line Linux Support Engineer to work in Basingstoke permanently on a 24/7 rota.

Role details:

The individual will take the role of a 24/7 Linux Support Engineer for a key customer supporting a new leading-edge platform. This platform is being designed using modern technologies and approaches to provide a container orchestration and relevant tooling to allow fast development and deployment.

Experience/background they are looking for:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a customer service or helpdesk supporting software technology
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Familiarity with analysis and debugging skills with experience in troubleshooting
  • Hands on Linux experience

This role will require someone to undergo SC Clearance so please bare this in mind when applying.
