Service Desk Support Analyst, 1st Line Support, 2nd Line Support, Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, AD Administration, SCCM, Build and Deployments, Customer Service
We are currently recruiting for a 1st/2nd Line Support Service Desk Support Analyst to be based in Cambridge on a contract basis for an initial 3 months.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
- Knowledge of a broad range of Office Applications
- Experience of supporting mobile devices including Android and Apple
- Good working knowledge Active Directory Administration
- Good working knowledge of MS SCCM for deskop build and deployments
- Excellent Customer Service in Face-to-Face, Telephone or Electronic Interaction with staff at all levels of seniority and technical ability
- Receiving, logging calls and resolving tickets
