1st Line Support - Leeds
1st Line Support Technician required for an initial 3 month contract based in Leeds, Yorkshire
Responsibilities include providing IT support to staff recording, reporting and managing faults within the IT Helpdesk providing informative communications to customers.
You will have experience of working in a Service Desk environment, an expert knowledge of computing and technology, together with excellent communication and customer service skills. Ideally, you should demonstrate relevant experience gained within an IT support area. You will also work effectively within a team environment.
Experience in Active Directory, 365, One Drive, Exchange, Desktops, Password Resets.
