Morson International is pleased to be partnering with our long standing client who has a requirement for 1st Line Service Desk/Helpdesk Analyst to join their growing team.

The Role,

In this varied role your key responsibility will be to provide first time fixes over the phone while logging tickets and escalating issues to 2nd/3rd Line Support staff when required.

The majority of the businesses IT is built on Windows and Microsoft products, there for it is essential that you have past experience supporting these both remotely and over the phone.

The Person,

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one-year experience working on a Help Desk proving 1st Line support over the phone and remotely, key technologies being supported will include:

Microsoft office

Windows OS

Active Directory

Remote support

The working hours for this position will be on a weekly rota basis between the hours of 07:00 - 22:00 - 37.5 hours per week
