Helpdesk Advisor



Helpdesk / Service Desk / 1st Line Support / Office / Microsoft / Windows / Network / Active Directory / Hardware / Stockport

Morson International is pleased to be working with our long standing client who have a requirement for 1st Line Support/Helpdesk Advisor.

The Role:

Acting as the first point of contact for all technical issues, it is essential that you have a high level of customer service. Coupled with this you will be confident in your technical ability to support queries on the following technologies:


Active Directory

Hardware - printers, desktops, laptops

Basic networking - DNS, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN
