Morson International is pleased to be working with our long standing client who have a requirement for 1st Line Support/Helpdesk Advisor.
Acting as the first point of contact for all technical issues, it is essential that you have a high level of customer service. Coupled with this you will be confident in your technical ability to support queries on the following technologies:
Hardware - printers, desktops, laptops
Basic networking - DNS, TCP/IP, WAN/LAN
