Morson International is pleased to be partnering with our long standing client who has a requirement for 1st Line Service Desk/Helpdesk Analyst to join their growing team.

The Role

In this varied role your key responsibility will be to provide first time fixes over the phone while logging tickets and escalating issues to 2nd/3rd Line Support staff when required. The majority of the business's IT is built on Windows and Microsoft products, therefore it is essential that you have experience supporting these both remotely and over the phone. You will receive training in other technologies including Citrix, VMware and other Virtualisiaton technologies

The Person

The successful candidate will have a minimum of one-year experience working on a Helpdesk proving 1st Line support over the phone and remotely, key technologies being supported will include:

  • Active Directory
  • Remote support
  • Microsoft office
  • Windows OS
  • Citrix/VMware beneficial
