Role: 1st line Service Desk Analyst - 1st/2nd Line /Service Desk

Duration: 3 months
Rate: £100 - £125 per day

The Job:
Morson International is actively seeking to recruit a 1st line Service Desk Analyst for a contract role with a high profile Client, based in Manchester, initially for 3 months.

Essential Experience
* 1 to 2 years' experience delivering outstanding customer service through understanding people's Technology and Business needs.
* Logging all requests with a high level of quality, maintaining detailed and accurate records in the Service desk system.
* Taking ownership of issues, prioritizing and solving problems.
* Experience of desktop and laptop builds and imaging.
* Supporting Windows desktop and server operating systems.
* Office 365 and office apps support, including Exchange online and Sharepoint.
* Administration of Active Directory/ Group Policy/ DHCP/ DNS etc.
