1st/2nd Line Support Engineer
- Currently looking for an experienced 1st line/2nd Line support engineer, who has experience handling queries over the phone, remotely and in person.
- 3 months initially with potential to extend based on performance
- There will be three offices which will require your attention. The main one which you will be based is Birmingham office. Derby and Milton Keynes offcices will need to be visited if a colleague is sick or on annual leave. Being able to drive would be useful but not necessary as trains are available. Travel will be reimbursed from client.
- Interview process will initially be by telephone with a view to having a face to face before offer.
- Start date will be 2/3 weeks from acceptance
