1st and 2nd line support Engineer

You will be providing 1st and 2nd line support to a large user base in a predominantly Windows environment. This is a rare opportunity to work for an organisation with an outstanding reputation as an employer who really will invest in your development.

* Has been in a Service Desk Analyst or similar role for 1-2 years minimum
* Has experience with MS Technologies and Software including:
