1st/2nd line support Engineer - Window 7-10 Migration

You will be providing 1st and 2nd line support to a large user base in a predominantly Windows environment. This is a rare opportunity to work for an organisation with an outstanding reputation as an employer who really will invest in your development.

* Has been in a Service Desk Analyst or similar role for 1-2 years minimum
o Mirgration from Windows 7 & Windows 10
* Has experience with MS Technologies and Software including:
o Active Directory
o DNS
o DHCP
o Exchange 2007 or Office365
o Server 2008 & 2012
o Office 2010 & 2013
