There’s no hiding behind the issue that there continues to be a lack of diversity in many sectors, particularly at senior levels. It's something that we’re working hard at the Morson Group to challenge and change, by breaking down stereotypes and eliminating the barriers that prevent females, LGBT and different ethnicities from entering these roles and progressing to the top.
This unique event brings together world-class leaders from different professions and industries to share their own stories and insights on leadership behaviours to create inclusive cultures, lead successfully diverse teams and develop environments where all staff can thrive and reach their full potential.
The panel will discuss the latest trends affecting business and how current and future leaders can navigate these issues to create more diverse teams that are engaged, productive and innovative, and ultimately drive business objectives. Topics will include:

Anna Delveccio, commercial account director for Amey plc/Rail Supply Group (RSG)
Having started her career at the age of 16 on an apprenticeship programme, Anna Delvecchio has quickly risen through the ranks, holding several senior commercial and supply chain roles in her 20-year career, including negotiating major contracts for industry.
Anna joined Amey plc in 2012, where she is currently a Commercial Account Director. Anna is currently completing a secondment to the Rail Supply Group (RSG) on whose behalf she is co-leading the industry’s coordinated response to the Government’s industrial strategy in the form of an ambitious proposal for a rail sector deal.
With a passion for diversity and inclusion, Anna is committed to supporting colleagues across the sector and is an active participant of the Women at Amey Group. Anna is also the Industry Chair for the Women in Rail South Group which is a charity and played a pivotal part in setting up the group.
Anna is also on the Women in Transport Board, one of Everywoman’s Ambassadors and is a strong advocate for apprenticeship programmes. As a Member of the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (MCIPS), Anna was named the FTA (Freight Transport Association) Everywomen Transport and Logistics Woman of the Year 2018.
Alex Rodick, client account manager at Stonewall
Stonewall is Europe’s largest LGBT charity, campaigning for the equality of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people across Britain.
As Stonewall's client account manager, Alex works within Stonewall’s Diversity Champion’s programme. His focus is on supporting the professional services industry to increase LGBT diversity in the workplace and ensure that communities can continue to find ways to flourish, and individuals can reach their full potential.
