Structural Analysis

As an essential factor in the safety and functionality of aircraft, their systems and components, structural analysis roles demand candidates that possess exceptional levels of skill and competence.

Structural analysis calculations measure the effects of loads on physical structures and their components. In relation to the aerospace and defence industry, this is a critical discipline, as it enables an aircraft to obtain airworthiness approval and allows accurate lifting prediction. The loads to be measured are generated by the application of computational fluid dynamics or wind tunnel data.

At Morson, our aerospace and defence division is split into five specialist recruitment teams, structured to meet the specific demands and requirements of the industry. The knowledgeable consultants that make up our structural analysis team have a wealth of experience working in the aerospace and defence sector.

We specialise in sourcing and supplying individuals for niche disciplines in high profile projects both in the UK and overseas. We pride ourselves on the work we carry out with some of the world’s most prominent aerospace and defence organisations. We’re always on the lookout for highly skilled, experienced candidates who are interested in moving on and beginning a new challenge in their career.

Our team recruits for a variety of structural analysis roles in this division, including:

  • Static Structural Analysis
  • Fatigue and Damage Tolerance
  • Loads Engineering
  • Structural Integrity
  • Finite Element Modelling
  • Turbine Stress Analysis
  • Computational Fluid Dynamics
  • Aerodynamicists
