The Seashell Trust
The Seashell Trust (formerly The Royal Schools for the Deaf), offers life changing educational facilities and specially supported residential homes to young people with severe disabilities. The charity’s 24 hour, one-to-one support and individual programmes help the individual programmes help these young people to develop the key skills they need to fulfil their potential in life.
Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research
Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research is the only charity in the UK that is solely dedicated to research into blood cancers including leukaemia, lymphoma and myeloma. The life-saving research focuses on finding causes, improving diagnosis and treatments and running ground-breaking clinical trials for all blood cancer patients. Blood cancers affect people of all ages, and each year around 30,000 individuals are diagnosed with a form of blood cancer. Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research leads in the field of blood research following 50 years of investment, and requires substantial fundraising to enable its valuable work to continue.
