Building on from our Temporary Recruitment Company of the Year award win last year, Morson has now been nominated for the Sonovate Client Service Award 2021. The award recognises excellence and collaboration in the delivery of talent acquisition projects and campaigns.

We recently launched RPOne, a dedicated recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) service. Designed for all businesses, from start-ups to enterprise organisations, and available on a project basis, RPOne was developed in response to the ever-evolving needs and expectations of businesses who want to attract the very best talent to their organisation, but who can’t dedicate sufficient internal resource to the task. The service has been trialled with several globally-renowned businesses including Manchester United, St. Modwen and AEUK, and looks set to truly transform the RPO market.
Alongside this, we utilise machine learning and our in-house proprietary platform, Vencuro, to make our clients’ lives easier by eliminating common recruitment issues and changing client needs, with a dedicated team of 20+ in-house developers employed to constantly improve our technologies. Vencuro, for example, is used by more than 100 clients to payroll thousands of contractors without error; to automatically anonymise CVs to achieve ED&I targets; to ensure they comply with IR35, GDPR and Modern Slavery Act regulations; to capture expenses and receipts in a more streamlined and less time-consuming process
Equality and Diversity
ED&I conversations are ‘always on’ with our clients, from the implementation phase to every QBR beyond, ensuring what we recommend coincides with their own ED&I commitments. But every tool and tactic we offer to clients to improve their ED&I strategy is already used across our own business. It’s a mandatory requirement on appointment to undertake diversity training, and consultants have ED&I-focused objectives worked into their PDPs, meaning each person working for our business is asked to prove the ways in which they are contributing to our ED&I strategy
We provide consultancy services not only on recruitment, but on the other talent challenges our clients face. For example, we create co-branded microsites for our clients to improve their employer value proposition, create more streamlined candidate journeys and increase application numbers, allowing clients to better manage the roles they promote, and learn about the people who apply. For Tata Chemicals Europe, a co-branded microsite drove applications up 45%.
This year’s awards will take place in person at a gala dinner following the government’s announcement that Covid related restrictions will be lifted in England from July 19th. The event will be held at the Brewery in London on Wednesday 20th October 2021.
