Morson Group is delighted to have been shortlisted in the Recruiter Awards 2020 in two categories.

The annual Recruiter Awards are the largest such event in the industry and bring together the brightest and best of recruitment to celebrate excellence and achievement.

Morson has been shortlisted for Best Client Service and Large Recruitment Agency of the Year.

Morson’s shortlisting for Best Client Service highlighted key relationships with some of our largest accounts. Our client services team adds value to our clients outside of the recruitment process, ensuring the delivery and quality of service is maximised. Our team are highly experienced, with a detailed knowledge of Morson and of the industries we operate within; this enables them to offer a bespoke, consultative approach which ensures our service matches the clients’ business objectives. Our ability to be flexible and cater to differing needs client-to-client has helped existing contracts develop further.

Our Large Recruitment Agency of the Year shortlisting comes off the back of a landmark year for the Morson Group in 2019, celebrating 50 years in business while consolidating our market leading position as the UK’s largest technical recruitment company.

To mark the occasion, we launched an ambitious fundraising challenge, and built further on the progressive initiatives already implemented across the group to support clients, candidates and staff alike.

Our submission also highlighted the fact that we place equality, diversity and inclusivity (ED&I) at the centre of our workplace culture, creating an environment which is unbiassed and underpinned by professional support for employees in need.
Our MorFit programme – which supports the physical, emotional, financial and social challenges of working in the recruitment industry – and its increased focus on mental health, was also expanded in 2019, notably with the implementation of the ‘Mental Health First Aiders’ (MHFA) scheme, encouraging our workforce to seek support if they feel they can’t cope or are at risk of self-harming.

In the category of Best Client Service, Morson is shortlisted alongside Amberjack, Seven Resourcing and PeopleScout. For Large Recruitment Agency of the Year, the shortlist includes NES Global Talent and La Fosse Associates.

Due to the coronavirus crisis, the award ceremony is now scheduled to take place on the later than regular date of 24th September in London.
