Morson have cemented our commitment to providing a 360-degree talent solution to the automotive industry and supporting an intensifying competition for talent by partnering with the Northern Automotive Alliance (NAA)…

As a global leader in people solutions, we operate in some of the most technical sectors – including manufacturing, engineering, aerospace and infrastructure – and support our clients with a suite of services that stretch beyond the traditional parameters of recruitment and retention.

Gary Smithson, associate director at the Morson Group, explains:

“Our clients look to us for that holistic talent-partner approach, from supporting strategic decision making and mobilising teams on-site to act as a true extension, right through to sourcing the best talent in line with demand, be it niche skillsets or volume labour.

“We have 50 years of proven experience in what we do, and our specialisms stretch much further than just recruitment. True collaboration with our clients sees us also support them on delivering targeted campaigns and initiatives around equality, diversity and inclusion; health and safety; wellbeing and mental health; apprenticeships and training and more, all of which are rooted in insight and focused on delivering a return on investment.”

This unique approach sees us collaborate with industry giants through to upcoming disruptors to deliver their immediate and long-term talent needs, whilst easing pain points.

Gary said:

“As a diverse group of people businesses, we can draw on the specialisms and expertise of the wider Morson family to support our clients with technology integration, candidate vetting, design consultancy services and much more, to ultimately deliver clever solutions.

“Rather than dealing with multiple vendors, our uniqueness as a connected people business enables us to offer unrivalled flexibility, commercial agility and a family-rooted ethos. We work hard to maintain our position as the go-to strategic talent partner for our clients, which really does show when considering that more than 40 per cent of them have remained with us for over 20 years.”

Founded in 1969, Morson remains the UK’s largest independently owned talent specialist and collectively employs more than 1,100 people. From our headquarters in Salford, we have grown to operate from 50+ global locations.

Gary added:

“We’ve been a major supporter of the NAA for several years and this partnership is another step in demonstrating our commitment to the automotive industry and enabling its organisations to prosper. Our credentials include some of the leading names from British car manufacturing, and this alliance will allow us to access and support organisations throughout the automotive supply chain to maintain the sector’s heritage, strength and pride, not just in the north, but throughout Britain and overseas.”

Commented Rowan Egan, CEO, NAA:

“I am delighted to welcome the Morson Group to the NAA family, as our exclusive partner for providing a 360-degree talent solution to our members.

“Every company needs to find the best talent to progress and grow and we will be working with Morson to highlight the latest industry developments through people solutions, including dedicated workshops and focused introductions.”
