Electrical Building Services Engineer

Our client a re seeking an Electrical Building Services Engineer for an immediate short term contract role based in Aberdeen. Initially 6 weeks long. Duties You will be required to carry out RIBA Stage 4A detailed design of electrical building services and equipment including the production and review of detailed design calculations to support design proposals, production and review of Specifications and plant schedules produced by others, the reporting of design progress to agreed programmes as well as ensure compliance with construction (design and management) regulations. You will require to arrange personal workload and activities as well as that of graduate staff. Minimum of 5 years' experience in electrical building services in an acute healthcare setting. BIM knowledge.
