Morson recently sponsored a celebrity charity football match at Trafford Football Club which featured Manchester United legends Paul Scholes and Denis Irwin alongside stars from Coronation Street and Emmerdale.

Scholes, who retired from playing 4 years ago, played in a Mike Sweeney All Star XI as they battled out a 3-3 draw with a Jet2 TV All Stars XI that featured Denis Irwin. Scholes was among the goals and demonstrated that he still had that magic touch that made him so instrumental in the United midfield throughout his career.

Mayor of Greater Manchester, Andy Burnham, was also on the pitch and won his side a penalty.

The event raised around £3,000 for Air Ambulance.
