things we learned from our female engineers
Throughout the past year we’ve interviewed, chatted to and been inspired by various female engineers. So here’s a round-up of the 10 most life changing things we learned from our female engineers.

Firstly, it’s always better to ask questions if you’re unsure about something, nobody knows everything, and we all know having a mix of females and males can have nothing but a positive impact on a workforce. In terms of creativity, there are endless opportunities to let your design side come out – don’t be afraid to use your imagination.

When it comes to challenges, they can give us a rewarding feeling like no other once accomplished and the journey alone can teach us many lessons. Also, it makes sense that if you’re passionate about something, you will put more effort in and then this means the results are greater.

Once again, if you’re passionate about something, then don’t stop until you achieve your goal, it’s always good to have something to aim for and if you’re interested in STEM subjects, why not pursue a career in engineering.

Engineering as an industry can be a great environment for promoting positive change. Let’s not forget that engineering is all around us, whether its the office building we work in or the bridge we crossed to get it, it’s everywhere. Above all, gender is no barrier to success and these female engineers are living proof of that.
