Vital Human Resources, part of the wider Morson Group, is delighted to announce it has acquired the business and assets of Crowborough-based Electrostaff Ltd with the full support of their management.

Graham Varley and the Electrostaff team, who have a vast knowledge of and experience in providing industry-specific recruitment for electricians and electrical employers, will continue to operate out of their existing office.

Graham commented “my decision to relinquish responsibility for the business was extremely difficult and it was imperative I found a company who could provide the ongoing support expected by my clients whilst also looking after my staff.”

“In Vital Human Resources I believe I have found the perfect fit. Throughout the transitional period I have found them to be extremely supportive and professional and I look forward to working with them.”

Utilising Vital’s back office support and IT systems will provide them with a further opportunity to continue to provide a hands-on, client focused approach to recruitment requirements across wider national and global market opportunities.

Martin O’Brien, associate finance director at Vital Human Resources, said “We are delighted that Graham and his team will continue to run the operation, and we are pleased that he felt this was the right option for him and his business.”

Morson Group CEO Ged Mason echoed this: “I am delighted that Graham and the team at Electrostaff have joined the Morson Group family. This acquisition will provide many opportunities to expand and strengthen their offering across the wider Group within the construction, infrastructure, nuclear and power sectors.”
