Morson Group backs employee Charmain Ball as she dons her boxing gloves and takes to the ring to raise funds for Help for Heroes.
39-year-old Charmain based at the Morson Vital Cardiff office has been training to compete in a charity boxing event to raise money for the British charity organisation which helps provide better facilities for British servicemen and women who have been wounded or injured.
Charmain, from Cardiff, signed up for the white collar boxing event in November 2015 after hearing about it from a colleague and has since undertaken a training regime. The mother of four has committed herself to training six days a week which includes strength and endurance training and sparring as well as maintaining a high protein diet.
Alongside her training, Charmain has also featured in a BBC documentary which follows the lead up to the boxing fight.
Charmain said: “I decided to take part in the boxing fight as I like to challenge myself. The support from Morson and my work colleagues has been amazing, they couldn’t have been more supportive and it is brilliant to know that everyone is 100% behind me.”
