We have had an amazing year for our fundraising in 2014 which will greatly benefit our two chosen charities Cancer Research and Manchester Children’s Hospital Charity.  The total amount raised by the Morson Group staff was a fantastic £27,900.

Added on top of this generosity Morson International has agreed to round up this figure to a staggering total of £50,000.

The Committee would like to thank everyone across the Group who has helped in raising this total, it really makes all the hard work throughout the year worthwhile.

The £25000 we are giving to Cancer Research has been enhanced to the cost of £75000 to fund a meeting room under our name in the new Cancer Research Centre in Manchester and the £25000 we are giving to Manchester Children’s Hospital is also being enhanced to the cost of £30000 to fund the refurbishment of the Teen-Zone and purchase an MRI Compatible Incubator Pod at the Hospital.

Morson and the Mason family have also seen a continued support in 2014 for the following:

  • Seashell Trust, our chosen charity from 2009 by building a specialist house costing £380,000
  • Henshaws, our chosen charity from 2007 by sponsoring their Christmas Party.

The two charities voted by employees for 2015 are Alzheimers Research and Tree of Hope.
