On Tuesday 30 July and Tuesday 6 August, the Careers Transition Partnership (CTP) will hold an online careers fair, introducing over 5,000 service leavers to employers and recruiters – including Morson International – at the leading gateway for military expertise.
Representatives from across Morson International’s recruitment specialisms such as IT, permanent recruitment and aerospace and defence will be participating in both events, connecting with highly skilled service leavers looking to make the transition into civilian employment.
Morson has a rich history in supplying recruitment solutions to the defence sector, and many service leavers find this is a route they wish to take. If military personnel wish to explore alternative career options, Morson can discuss relevant opportunities across the engineering industry’s many sectors.
This will be the first online careers fair that the global recruiter has participated in, and the company anticipates a positive response. Marketing Manager, Orlagh Hamill, explains: “The CTP online fair is an exciting initiative for Morson and will enable us to engage with highly skilled service leavers.
“We are confident that we can support their transition into civilian employment.”
The CTP is the official provider of MoD Resettlement Services, and has been for over 15 years. With access to over 20,000 service leavers, the online careers fair offers a level of accessibility to personnel who would otherwise be unable to access job opportunities.
