Morson has supported the London Underground (LU) fundraising initiatives by donating a signed Manchester United team shirt, to be auctioned later this year.

The shirt was presented to Crossrail Maintenance Manager, Jon Jarrett, and LU Resourcing Framework Specialist, Steven Mills, by Morson’s London Director, Russell Otter, at Transport for London’s head office, Windsor House.

Jon and Steve will join a team of trekkers later this year, and tackle the famous Three Peaks Challenge – climbing the three highest peaks in the UK (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon) within 24 hours.

Patricia Holgate, Resourcing Strategy Manager at Transport for London, commented: “This is a fabulous donation to our team’s fundraising  initiatives, and will help us to reach our £4000 target for our chosen charity, Railway Children.”

Morson wishes the LU team the best of luck in their challenge, and will submit its own teams to take on this event in aid of Morson’s 2013 charities – the David Lewis Centre and The Factory Youth Zone.
