Ged Mason OBE | CEO
Ged has been Chief Executive of Morson since January 2005, following his role as Managing Director from 1999.He originally joined Morson International in 1986, following completion of his university education and a period gaining experience within a technical recruitment organisation in Canada.As Chief Executive, Ged has full responsibility for Group strategy and commercial performance along with key staff resourcing strategy and key client liaison.
Dr. Kevin Gorton | Managing Director
Kevin joined the Morson Group in 1995 and is the Managing Director of the Group.He has extensive experience of managing multi-disciplined human capital management projects throughout the world, including developing managing agent solutions, change management processes, cost management strategies and operational delivery models.Kevin has a PhD in Strategic Finance and plays a key role in the strategic development of the Group.
Paul Gilmour | Finance Director
Paul joined the Morson Group in 1991 as the Financial Controller and became Finance Director in 1993. Paul has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics from Durham University. Following his university education, Paul trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Touche Ross & Co. Paul is a key member of Morson’s management team, responsible for financial management, reporting and development throughout the Group.
