Last Saturday we hosted the Morson Community Christmas Markets at our head office in Salford, attracting hundreds of attendees. We had a range of stalls from festive trinkets to seasonal food and drink for all to enjoy making the event a great success.
The event was organised by members of our charity committee, with this years two chosen charities, voted for by Morson employees, being The Christie and Alzheimer’s Society.
Morson has always been dedicated to giving back to the local community, and one of our Core Values is charity. In 2006, we founded our official Charity Committee, and each year support two elected charities through employee-led activities. In 2016 we raised £160,000 for Seashell Trust and Springhill Hospice through events including a masquerade ball. Fundraising activities this year have included a 120-mile bike ride and a skydive.
