With the ever increasing demand for complete delivery solutions in the rail industry, Morson have continued to evolve its offering through its Support Services Division.

Morson have dedicated delivery teams available, with extensive experience of the UK Overground and Underground network with full Project life cycle delivery. The division has full turnkey expertise of station maintenance works and deploy Proven Safety Critical Resource regularly deployed across the LUL BCV and SSL network.

The services offered include skills testing, alcohol and drugs testing, security vetting, issuing of protective work wear, staff inductions, ongoing workforce management etc. The team has extensive experience of supplying labour in a “packaged service” offering where full project teams are resourced, deployed and managed on behalf of our client.

The Support Services team provides over 250 flexible resources in the skilled blue-collar space. Our consultants & operations staff have extensive hands on experience of both mainline & metro rail systems.

Support Services provide craft, technical and safety critical personnel from basic operatives to supervisory level into the following areas:

• P-Way – LU & NWR
• Station Refurbishment
• Construction Site Operatives
• Machine Operators
• Rolling Stock engineers
• Mechanical & Electrical maintenance & installation
• Specialist certificate holders – i.e. T002/003, QUAF 54, SPC etc
