Morson provides a subcontractor payroll service to a large client base and currently payroll over 10,000 temporary contractors every week.

Online Timesheets: MI began offering online timesheets as a way of improving its service offering to clients. MI can offer this service via its own E-Solution system and via a shared, third party system. Online timesheets have proven to increase efficiency within a contract and can be authorised online too, which expedites the payroll process.
Electronic invoices: MI began to offer electronic invoices to improve the efficiency of the payroll process. Electronic invoices can take the form of emails with PDF files or can be sent to the client via online web platforms. Furthermore, MI works to a process of "self billing" with many clients whereby the timesheet authorised by the client acts as an invoice, deleting a stage of the process to increase efficiency. Whether invoices are provided via email or online portals, MI can produce them on a weekly or monthly basis depending on client preference.
