Market Reponse Assistant

In partnership with their worldwide dealer network, our client drives positive and sustainable change on every continent. They are the world•s leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engines and industrial gas turbines.

They currently have a requirement for a Market Reponse Assistant.

Location: Desford, Leicester

Job Description:

Key responsibilities:
Candidates will provide excellent Customer Service support including auctioning new requests, chasing updates from Planning and Purchasing areas, providing shipping information, communicating updates to Dealer Network and provide statistical reporting and problem resolution.
- To provide excellent customer support to the Global Markets.
- To ensure maximise customer satisfaction to these markets
- Performance data obtained from processing of emails/calls to ensure turnaround times and unit down targets are reduced

Key Requirements:
- Candidates should have a strong customer service background
- Excellent verbal and communication skills are essential
