Following the acquisition of Bluetec and Westbury White & Nunn, Morson continue to support voice and data communications across wireless, copper and fibre-optic networks around the world.

Our extensive telecom active candidate database and the expertise of our recruitment team enable us to effectively handle any technical requirement locally and throughout the UK. Experienced consultants fully screen and reference all candidates and are also able to interview and test their stated skills, check their medical, accreditation and training status .

Fixed Networks - Providing the full range of BT related telecom skills to support exchange and external jointing works within the UK PSTN network Morson can mobilise telecom project support teams across the UK. With the reach to an active candidate database of BT accredited engineers Morson is able to recruit at short notice specialist teams for assignments within both the exchange domain and also the local loop.

Wireless/Mobile Network - As the principal supplier of wireless/mobile telecom skills including both PCN and Microwave technologies to the UK's wireless communications community, Morson can support maintenance, supervisory, installation and commissioning operations at over 2300 sites through the provision of specialist engineers and supervisory management teams.

Highways Communications - Supporting major upgrade and new technology roll outs within the UK's highways authorities Morson has current experience in supporting the demand for introducing Fibre and IP based skills to the traditional ‘Copper’ networks on our roads

Rail Communications - A natural extension of the Morson rail capability is the support of Rail telecommunication operations within the safety critical domain. Here striking the effective balance of providing telecom skills within a safety critical operational environment is an area that Morson can conduct.

Morson is fully accredited under Link Up to conduct the full suite of possession management and providing PTS teams nationally. Also full accreditation is held for rail operations within the Transport for London (TfL-LUL) London Underground metro system.
