Morson’s Aberdeen office celebrated its 1st anniversary recently, holding an exclusive dinner event attended by Manchester United FC manager, Sir Alex Ferguson.
Morson International (Morson) opened its Aberdeen office in 2011, and has since developed key relationships with major companies within the Oil & Gas sector. Based at Rubislaw Terrace, the Aberdeen arm of the global recruiter is now in the process of expanding into further core sectors within the engineering industry.
Over 100 guests attended the glittering evening, alongside special guest, Sir Alex Ferguson, who enjoyed a successful career managing Aberdeen FC before taking on his role at Manchester United and congratulated Morson International for its success.
Sir Alex commented: “Aberdeen is a vibrant marketplace for numerous international companies driven largely by the oil and gas industry and Morson has now tapped into that.
“I’m thoroughly looking forward to coming back to Aberdeen and to the evening itself which promises to be memorable.”
Ged Mason, CEO of Morson Group, said: “We have been extremely pleased with the progress we have made within our first 12 months in Aberdeen.
“Morson has been able to make its mark in a very challenging environment and that is largely due to the diverse service offerings it provides to companies in numerous sectors.
“I’d like to thank the staff in Aberdeen for their efforts in helping to make the office a success.”
“Thanks also must go to Sir Alex as well for kindly agreeing to join Morson International to commemorate our first anniversary in Aberdeen.”
